Glen Langlinais,
C.P.A., partner, has been
engaged in public accounting since 1972. Glen has extensive involvement
in the health care field since 1977, working almost exclusively with the
health care industry clients. He has directed many of the hospital audits
and consulting engagements, devoting his efforts to Medicare/Medicaid
reimbursement matters and other issues impacting health care entities.
Glen has been involved in preparation, appeals, Intermediary audits,
feasibility studies, and strategic planning. Glen has also made numerous
presentations to various health care groups. In addition to writing
articles concerning Medicare reimbursement issues, Glen has conducted
numerous workshops and seminars for the Homecare Association of Louisiana,
the Hospital Financial Management Association, the Louisiana Hospital
Association, the Louisiana Department of Health & Hospitals, and has also
addressed the Associations concerning various topics of special interest.
Workshops conducted comprise the Balanced Budget Act legislation,
Critical Access Hospital designation, and Prospective Payment for Home
Health, Prospective Payment for Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospitals, and
Prospective Payment Systems for Long-Term Care Facilities.

Michael P.
Broussard, C.P.A., partner, has
been engaged in public accounting since 1983. A major portion of his work
has been involved in auditing and tax preparation. Prior to public
accounting, Mike served three years as accountant for the Vermilion Parish
Police Jury. In addition, he has completed an educational achievement
program in governmental accounting and auditing. Mike also has a
considerable amount of experience in working with microcomputers and has
worked closely with numerous clients in the installation and maintenance
of their in-house computerized accounting programs.

Chris Kohlenberg,
C.P.A., M.B.A., M.H.A., F.H.F.M.A,
partner, is a 1983 graduate of
McNeese State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He received
his Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of
Louisiana (Lafayette) in 1993 and his Masters Degree in Healthcare
Administration in 1998 from St. Francis University. Chris has been working
in the healthcare field since 1983, with initial experience coming from
employment with the fiscal intermediary, serving as a Medicare/Medicaid
auditor. Prior to joining Langlinais Broussard & Kohlenberg, Chris served
as the Senior Reimbursement Analyst for a large hospital for seven years,
completing cost reports and handling all reimbursement related areas
including acute care, skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation units,
and home health agencies. He then served as the Chief Executive Officer
of a rural hospital for approximately two (2) years where he opened a
geriatric behavioral health unit. From there he served as the Chief
Financial Officer of a large home health agency. He has been involved in
feasibility studies, strategic planning, and setting up networks. Chris
has also conducted workshops for the Louisiana Hospital Association.
Chris has recently achieved his CHFP status. (Certified Healthcare
Financial Professional). He also serves as the treasurer for the Louisiana
Rural Health Association.

Gayla L.
Falcon, C.P.A., partner,
has been with Langlinais Broussard & Kohlenberg since its inception in 1991.
Gayla graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (formerly the
University of Southwestern Louisiana) in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree
and has been in public accounting since 1987. Gayla has worked almost
exclusively with hospitals and home health agencies. She has been heavily
involved in preparation of cost reports and home office cost statements, and has
worked closely with various intermediaries. While much of her work has been
devoted to home health agencies, Gayla has been involved to some degree in
corporate and individual income tax matters, she also works closely with clients
consulting on various issues related to daily operations. She has been in
charge on audits of local governmental agencies and she is responsible for the
conversion and training of clients on our latest accounting software and
providing support as needed.

Lisa L. Whitford
joined Langlinais Broussard &
Kohlenberg in 1993 and has extensive experience in the health care
industry, with initial experience coming from employment with the Fiscal
Intermediary, serving in various capacities pertaining to Cost Reporting.
During Lisa's tenure with the Intermediary, she served in numerous
capacities including cost report settlements, reopenings and appeals, rate
setting, physician contract reviews, and reimbursement field auditing.
Other previous positions held include the Chief Financial Officer for a
rural acute-care hospital and the Director of Reimbursement with a large,
diversified health care corporation. Since her affiliation with
Langlinais and Broussard, Lisa has been involved in all aspects of cost
reporting including preparation, appeals, Intermediary audits, feasibility
studies, strategic planning, and various other forms of reimbursement
consulting pertaining to healthcare clients of this firm. In addition,
Lisa has also conducted seminars and workshops involving Healthcare
topics.

Patrick M. Guidry,
C.P.A., has been employed with
Langlinais Broussard & Kohlenberg since September 1996. Pat graduated
from Northwestern State University (Natchitoches, La.) in 1970 and began
work in the accounting field that same year. He worked fifteen years as a
corporate controller and the balance of his experience has been in public
accounting. Pat has devoted a significant amount of time on corporate
consolidations, not for profit entities, corporate and individual income
taxes, preparation of cost reports for home health agencies, and
preparation of home office cost reports.

Ashley Veron
Breaux, C.P.A., has been
employed with Langlinais Broussard & Kohlenberg since October of 2003.
She is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Prior to
becoming a C.P.A., she worked in the banking industry. Since joining the
firm, Ashley has worked in several areas of the field, including the
audits of local governments, not-for profit organizations, banks, and
hospitals; the preparation of corporate and individual income tax returns;
and the preparation of Medicare cost reports for hospice organizations.

Jonathan P. Primeaux, C.P.A., M.B.A., has been employed with Langlinais Broussard & Kohlenberg since October of 2004. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science Degree and received his Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2007. Since joining the firm, Jonathan has worked in several areas of the field including the audits of small businesses, local governments and not-for-profit organizations; the preparation of corporate and individual income tax returns; and the preparation of Medicare cost reports for home health agencies and hospitals.

Kathryn Sagrera Hoag, C.P.A., has been employed with Langlinais Broussard & Kohlenberg since February 2010. She graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and then again in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Since joining the firm, Kathryn has worked in several areas of the field including the audits of local governments, not-for-profit organizations and hospitals; the preparation of corporate and individual income tax returns; the preparation of Medicare cost reports home health, hospitals and hospice organizations; the preparation of financial statements for clients on a monthly and quarterly basis.
